All levels and abilities are welcome. Daily Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Philosophy/Integration, Beach Trips, and Guided Deep Relaxation classes will be offered throughout every day so that you can create the Yoga Vacation that you desire. Classes will cultivate an inward focus, energized body, calm mind, and a peaceful open heart.
Retreat Pricing includes: All daily Yoga, Meditation, and Deep Relaxation classes, resort lodging with WiFi and maid service, three delicious vegetarian meals a day, transportation to and from Nosara Airport, and daily local beach trips.

About Jeannie Laslo Douglas
Jeannie has been studying and teaching Yoga, Meditation, Deep Relaxation, visualization techniques, fitness, and wellness in variety of settings and locations for over fifteen years. Raised on the beaches of the Treasure Coast, she discovered at an early age a deep passion for relaxing beautiful places and adventure.
Her travels have taken her through the Caribbean and Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Mexico, Hawaii, New Zealand, Panama, Cuba, Costa Rica, Italy, Switzerland, France, Austria and more. From living in the majestic Rocky Mountains of Colorado to the San Francisco Bay in California, to living now in the one and only Bend Oregon, Jeannie has an eye for those extra special places of natural beauty and healing.
With degrees in both Psychology and Exercise Physiology, her Yoga teaching style is a unique blend of art and science, body and mind. Gently challenging with flow and moments of pause and silence, Jeannie will guide you inward every time with grace and energy. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level with the Yoga Alliance and certified in Hatha and Raja Yoga through the Integral Yoga Institute at the Satchidananda Ashram in Virginia and in San Francisco where she was also a course instructor and mentor for trainees and new teachers. With equal emphasis on asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation and deep relaxation, her classes will always leave you feeling energized and calm, refreshed and recharged like you just had a massage.
