Each day includes three healthy and delicious organic meals, a guided partner Thai Massage exchange, a guided yoga class designed specifically to complement the massage practice, a beach excursion and an optional evening massage-trade practice session or guided deep relaxation technique. In addition, there will be the optional add-on activities such as: zip-line tree top canopy tour, beach horseback tour, Sibu-Monkey tour, waterfall excursion, kayaking, paddle-boarding, surf lessons, salsa lessons, spa treatments and so much more…
This week is perfect for couples or friends who want to deepen their connection and learn how to skillfully apply Therapeutic Thai Yoga Massage techniques, or for solo travelers seeking respite and personal healing. These techniques are taught in a safe and effective manner and will both deeply relax and open your partner. Most recipients experience their bodies and their selves in a new and more expansive way; free from restrictions and pain.
The retreat’s location at Costa Rica Yoga Spa, atop a mountain overlooking the majestic Pacific Coast, further facilitates a space in which deep reflection and healing may occur. Spend a week fostering new connections within yourself and with others; follow your bliss while developing the gift of skillful, nourishing touch.
